GROUND LOCK PRODUCT WARRANTY |
| JMR Earl, Inc. warranties its Ground Lock product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under recommended use and service. Under the Ground Lock product warranty, JMR Earl, Inc.'s obligations are limited to the correction or replacement of any lock which proves defective in material or workmanship under recommended use and service within one (1) year from delivery from JMR Earl, Inc. This does not include shipping and handling. All returns must be authorized and determined to be defective by JMR Earl, Inc. |
